Esperanza Dionisio is the first woman in Peru to be a manager of a coffee cooperative. Together, with the indigenous community of Mazaronquiari, in Pangoa, Junín, she grows coffee in harmony with the forest, caring for the ecosystem and ensuring the sustainable development of the population.
